I looove Sundays
So the other day, in the u-bahn, I saw a pigeon CLIMBING THE STAIRS. No, seriously. And I was like, dude, you can FLY.
And the pigeon was like, whatever lady, every one gets to be lazy once in a while.
And that once in a while -- is Sundays.
Not a joke, the above ACTUALLY happened.

Okay, so the pigeon didn't really say that, but it did LOOK at me like that. And I wasn't kidding about the thing climbing the stairs. It was pretty funny to watch actually. It reminded me of the mice in Cinderella when they're trying to get the key up the stairs to unlock her room.

this hilarious story reminds me of the time when sean and i got a pigeon so stoned at his apartment in van city that it could no longer fly. it tried to but could not flap enough and kept returning to his balcony. you would have found this situation hilarious...or sad/inhumane.

OMFG Av, you posted! How the hell did you get the pigeon stoned? Did you hotbox the poor thing? Am intrigued. There are 3 flat pigeons on the road near D&R's apt. because they were too lazy to get out of the way. Imagine Munchner pigeons on drugs.

the pigeon got very stoned in the following manner:
-sean and i blowing lots of smoke at the pigeon who sat idly on his balcony (we also got very high)
-put marijuana on a cracker which the pigeon ate
-marijuana was from vancouver comedian (very good)
